How to apply

1. Send an Enquiry form.

2. After program settlement, confirm it and send your details by completing our Registration form:

a. First name/Last name (as in passport)
b. Date of birth
c. Passport number
d. Citizenship
e. Cruise ship
f. Arrival date
g. Departure day

3. Receive a Tour ticket from us by e-mail or fax a month before your tour commencement. We send your personal data to the Immigration Office for your registration.

Your Tour ticket, passport and passport copy will be your Customs pass to St.-Petersburg.

Arrival

Our earlier customers reported to us about all kinds of misleading instructions given by the cruise line when disembarking the ship. They tell you that all those passengers having made their private arrangements must wait until the ship's own excursion passengers exit first. They advise you to wait in certain areas until the exact disembarking time for private tours is announced. The thing is that you have absolutely equal rights with ship's customers because you hold proper documentation for disembarking. It means you can freely walk with the rest of passengers. For the Russian Immigration inspector there is no difference whether you are a member of the ship's group or taking a private tour. They will direct you to customs booths for passengers taking private tours.

We highly advise you to stick to the time specified in your tour program.

Earlier disembarking is not recommended because your tour guide and driver will arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour commencement. Customs officers might take punitive measures against tour companies whose clients are walking alone without their tour guides!

Your tour guide will be waiting for you right in front of passport control booths with GUIDE-GURU sign.

Payment

No prepayment or deposit required. Payment is made at the beginning of day 2 or at the end of 1-day tour.

We accept:

-         Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Diners/JSB/China UnionPay). 3% extra surcharge will be added to your tour cost to cover bank handling fee. We will charge your credit card the amount in Rubles according to the Russian Central Bank rate of Ruble to EUR or USD.

-        Cash (USD/EUR/Pound). 5% discount is granted for cash payments. Only clean banknotes without any minor holes, stamps, handwriting, or torn edges are accepted.
